Cow Horn Spoon
A handmade African spoon created out of real cow horn. Where beauty and functionality meet.
Details:
- Approx. 6" L
- Single spoon in a cotton, cloth pouch
- Colors and designs vary due to the handmade nature of this product
Horn Care:
- If necessary to wash, do not use chemical solvents, and dry promptly.
- After washing, oil both outside and inside with coconut oil or olive oil.
- Horn can crack and dry out as it is a natural material, much like leather, and will need to be oiled yearly, or more frequently in dryer climates.
Warning:
- Do not put horn in the dishwasher.
- Do not let horn soak in water for prolonged periods of time, this will cause splitting and delaminating.

Kenyan Market Artisan Partnership
Over the years, Amani has sought creative ways to support training for the marginalized women who come through her gate. We often work with local artisans who partner with Amani to ensure that overhead is met without cost to the women.
