Customers may return an item in new condition within 30 days of purchase.

Because the Amani project is small, and women rely on each sale to support their families, we only refund returns in the form of store credit in the same amount.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Large items such as quilts, wall hangings, baskets and pillow inserts are excluded from this promotion.

All orders are packed for shipping on Tuesdays.

Since we pack orders on Tuesdays, we can only ship for overnight delivery Wednesdays. We recommend ordering ahead of time if it is a gift needed by a certain day, so we can ensure timely arrival, in view of current postal delays. 

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of duties in our price, therefore the customer is responsible for cover the cost of duties and taxes according to his/her country.
