Shipping is based on the total value of items in your cart. There is no charge for Special Gifts, and shipping is included in the stole prices and not computed separately.
The pricing of some items includes shipping and it is so noted in their item descriptions.
At this time, we can only ship products to the United States. Customers in other countries should contact us to make special arrangements.
